Resolución de 20 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Toledo n.º 3, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración, turístico, finca completa, para finca registral integrada en un conjunto de viviendas sometidas al régimen de propiedad horizontal, por prohibición estatutaria: «Los pisos se destinan a viviendas y oficinas del titular (...) Sin autorización expresa de la comunidad los propietarios no podrán alquilar sus respectivos pisos (....)», y no acreditarse la autorización expresa de la comunidad.
