Resolución de 20 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Oviedo n.º 3, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración, turístico, finca completa, solicitado para una registral integrada en un conjunto de viviendas sometidas al régimen de propiedad horizontal, por prohibición estatutaria: «El propietario de cada piso o local podrá arrendarlo a quien tenga por conveniente siempre que se haga para el destino que le es propio. Sin embargo, no podrá hacerse al mismo tiempo a un número de personas que excedan de lo que es propio de una familia, ni tampoco dividir aquél en habitaciones, de forma que se convierta en un verdadero comercio».
