Resolución de 20 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad accidental de Puerto de la Cruz, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración, turístico, finca completa, solicitado para finca integrada en un conjunto de viviendas sometidas al régimen de propiedad horizontal, por prohibición estatutaria, y ser necesario el consentimiento de la mayoría, en los términos del antiguo artículo 16, segunda, de la Ley 49/1960, de 21 de julio, sobre propiedad horizontal, y actual artículo 17.
