Those who passed the extraordinary selective process called by Order JUS/1327/2022, of December 28, already have the vacant positions published that they can request in the Community of Madrid. The resolution, signed on May 22, 2026 and published in the BOE on June 5, 2026, starts the clock: 10 business days to act, or the Administration decides your destination.
The destination assigned will have definitive character, with a mobility restriction of two years before being able to apply for another position. It is not a minor decision: it determines where you will work and in what judicial area for at least that period.
What does this regulation establish?
The General Directorate of Human Resources and Relations with the Administration of Justice of the Community of Madrid publishes the list of vacant positions available for those who passed the extraordinary selective process of access, by competitive examination in free competition, to the Court Procedure and Administrative Processing Body of the Administration of Justice.
The positions are distributed in the following municipalities and judicial areas:
| Municipality | Available judicial areas |
|---|---|
| Madrid capital | Civil, criminal, social, administrative-contentious |
| Alcobendas | Judicial areas of the Alcobendas judicial district |
| Arganda del Rey | Judicial areas of the Arganda del Rey judicial district |
| Collado Villalba | Judicial areas of the Collado Villalba judicial district |
| Coslada | Judicial areas of the Coslada judicial district |
The allocation procedure works as follows:
- Those who passed must request a destination within 10 business days from the publication of the final list of those who passed in the BOE.
- If the applicant does not submit a request, or if none of the chosen positions corresponds to them, they will be mandatorily assigned by alphabetical order of municipalities.
- Assigned destinations have definitive character.
- Civil servants cannot apply for another destination until two years have passed from taking office.
- Against this resolution, an appeal to the Vice-Counselor of Justice is available within one month from its publication.
Economic and operational impact
For those who passed, the impact is direct and with long-term consequences:
- Definitive destination for at least two years: the assigned position is not provisional. It implies transfers, changes of residence or daily commutes depending on the assigned municipality.
- Opportunity cost of not requesting: whoever does not submit a request on time loses the ability to choose and is subject to mandatory assignment by alphabetical order of municipalities, which may result in geographically less convenient destinations.
- Mobility freeze for two years: once taking office, the civil servant cannot participate in transfer competitions until that minimum period is met, which limits relocation capacity.
- Available remedy: if the person who passed considers that the resolution harms them, they have one month to file an appeal to the Vice-Counselor of Justice.
Who does it affect?
- People who passed the extraordinary selective process called by Order JUS/1327/2022, of December 28, for the Court Procedure and Administrative Processing Body of the Administration of Justice.
- Applicants who have completed the process in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid.
- Candidates who appear on the final list of those who passed published in the BOE and who have not yet received a destination.
- Advisors and human resources managers of the Administration of Justice in Madrid who coordinate the incorporation of new civil servants.
Practical example
Suppose someone who passed the extraordinary selective process (Order JUS/1327/2022) lives in northern Madrid and prefers a destination in Alcobendas or in the Madrid capital courts in the social area.
Once the final list of those who passed is published in the BOE, they have 10 business days to submit their destination request indicating in order of preference the available positions in those municipalities and areas. If at the time of allocation none of their preferred positions are available (because other applicants with higher scores have chosen them first), the Administration will assign them a destination forcibly following the alphabetical order of municipalities: Alcobendas, Arganda del Rey, Collado Villalba, Coslada, Madrid.
If they do not submit a request on time, the result is identical to mandatory destination assignment, but without having expressed any preference. The assigned destination will be definitive and they cannot apply for another position for two years.
What should those who passed do now?
- Check the final list of those who passed in the BOE: the 10 business day deadline starts counting from that publication. Identify exactly when it is published so you don't miss the deadline.
- Review the available positions in this resolution: analyze the municipalities (Alcobendas, Arganda del Rey, Collado Villalba, Coslada and Madrid capital) and the judicial areas (civil, criminal, social, administrative-contentious) to order your preferences.
- Submit the destination request within the deadline: do it even if there is only one viable option. Not submitting a request is equivalent to accepting mandatory destination assignment by alphabetical order.
- Consider filing an appeal if appropriate: if you believe that the positions resolution harms you, you have one month from June 5, 2026 to file an appeal to the Vice-Counselor of Justice.
- Plan taking office: remember that the assigned destination is definitive and you cannot apply for another position for two years, so it is advisable to assess the logistical implications (commute, residence) before ordering preferences.
Frequently asked questions
How much time do I have to request a destination as someone who passed the JUS/1327/2022 process?
You have 10 business days from the publication of the final list of those who passed in the BOE. It is essential to be aware of that publication because the deadline starts counting from that moment, not from the publication of this positions resolution.
What happens if I don't submit a destination request on time?
If you don't submit a request within the 10 business days, or if none of the positions you have chosen corresponds to you, you will be mandatorily assigned by alphabetical order of municipalities: Alcobendas, Arganda del Rey, Collado Villalba, Coslada and Madrid capital. You will lose all ability to choose.
In which municipalities are positions available for Court Procedure Processing in Madrid?
The positions are distributed in five municipalities: Alcobendas, Arganda del Rey, Collado Villalba, Coslada and Madrid capital. Within each municipality, positions are distributed among different judicial areas: civil, criminal, social and administrative-contentious.

Not immediately. Assigned destinations have definitive character and civil servants cannot apply for another destination until two years have passed since taking office.
Can I appeal the positions resolution published on June 5, 2026?
