Resolución de 23 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Gáva, por la que se suspende la asignación de número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración turístico por constar en los estatutos de la propiedad horizontal la siguiente prohibición: «El propietario de cada piso o local podrá arrendarlo a quién tenga por conveniente siempre que lo haga para el destino que les es propio. Sin embargo, no podrá hacerlo al mismo tiempo o a un número de personas que se convierta el departamento o local en un verdadero comercio de los encuadrados en actividad de hostelería o similar».
