Resolución de 26 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Alcoy, por la que se suspende la inmatriculación de una finca por la vía del artículo 205 de la Ley Hipotecaria, por dudas en la identidad de la finca fundadas en las diferencias descriptivas existentes entre el título público previo y el inmatriculador.
