Resolución de 23 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Posadas, por la que se suspende la asignación del número de registro de alquiler de corta duración solicitado y la práctica de la correspondiente nota marginal, por no constar inmatriculada la finca ni inscrita la obra nueva de la edificación para la que solicita dicho número.
