The Resolution of June 12, 2026, published in the BOE on June 25, 2026, activates the destination selection procedure for the vacant positions offered in the scope of the Community of Madrid.

The original call is the Order PJC/104/2024, of January 31, which regulated the internal promotion selection process and competitive examination. This resolution is the final step that binds those approved to their definitive destination.

What does this regulation establish?

The resolution publishes the list of vacant positions corresponding to the scope of the Community of Madrid that are offered to those approved in the internal promotion selection process for the Procedural and Administrative Management Body. The procedure rules are as follows:

The allocated destination has a definitive character equivalent to competitive examination. This means that the civil servant will be bound to that position for a minimum of two years, without the possibility of participating in new transfer competitions during that period.

Economic and operational impact

Although this resolution does not entail direct economic costs for those approved, its operational and professional impact is very relevant:

• Definitive destination for at least 2 years: the allocated position cannot be changed through competition during that period, which affects the civil servant's geographical and functional mobility.
• Risk of mandatory destination: not submitting a request or not covering sufficient positions activates automatic allocation in alphabetical order, without possibility of choice.
• Irrevocability of the request: once the 10 business day deadline closes, it is not possible to modify or cancel the submitted request. Any error in the selection of positions is definitive.
• Exclusively electronic processing: the request must be made through the Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid, which requires having the necessary digital identification means (electronic certificate or Cl@ve).

Who does it affect?

• Civil servants who have passed the internal promotion selection process for the Procedural and Administrative Management Body of the Administration of Justice, called by Order PJC/104/2024.
• Those approved in the competitive examination modality of the same call with destination in the scope of the Community of Madrid.
• Civil servants who aspire to occupy the vacant positions published in this resolution within the Madrid territory.

It does not affect other autonomous communities or other bodies of the Administration of Justice. The territorial scope is exclusively the Community of Madrid.

Practical example

A civil servant approved in the PJC/104/2024 call through internal promotion receives notification of the resolution on June 25, 2026. From that moment, they have 10 business days to access the Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid and select their preferred positions among those offered in Madrid.

If that civil servant does not submit a request within the deadline, the Administration will assign them a position mandatorily in alphabetical order, without being able to choose destination or challenge the assignment received. Once the destination is assigned, they cannot participate in any transfer competition for the following two years, regardless of whether the assigned destination is their preference or not.

If they submit a request but only indicate a position that ultimately does not correspond to them by score, they could also be subject to mandatory allocation for not having requested sufficient positions. Therefore, it is recommended to include as many positions as possible in order of preference.

What should those approved do now?

1. Verify the exact deadline: count the 10 business days from June 25, 2026 to know the last day to submit the request (business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the Community of Madrid).
2. Consult the published list of positions: review in the BOE (reference BOE-A-2026-13805) the complete list of vacant positions offered in Madrid to identify available options.
3. Prepare electronic identification means: ensure you have an electronic certificate, electronic ID or access to Cl@ve to process the request through the Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid.
4. Order positions by preference and include as many as possible: since the request cannot be modified after the deadline closes and not requesting sufficient positions can result in mandatory destination, it is advisable to include all acceptable positions in order of preference.
5. Submit the request before the deadline closes: do not wait until the last day to avoid technical problems with the Electronic Registry. Save the submission receipt.
6. Assume the 2-year mobility restriction: plan your professional situation taking into account that the allocated destination will have a definitive character equivalent to competitive examination and cannot be changed for two years.
