Resolución de 31 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Granada n.º 5, por la que se deniega la inscripción de la representación gráfica georreferenciada alternativa de una finca y consiguiente rectificación de su descripción, habiendo concurrido oposición de propietario colindante en el curso del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria, por no aportar éste la georreferenciación que el mismo atribuye para su finca.
