Resolución de 31 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la negativa de la registradora de la propiedad de Huelma a practicar la inscripción de la representación gráfica catastral de una finca, una vez tramitado el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria por concurrir la oposición estimada de un propietario colindante, con ocasión de la presentación de una escritura de rectificación descriptiva y ampliación de obra nueva.
