Resolución de 19 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Adeje, por la que se suspende la práctica de la anotación preventiva interesada sobre unas fincas registrales al entender que la acción ejercitada no va dirigida a provocar una mutación jurídico inmobiliaria, ni a rectificar los asientos, ya que su objeto es la exhibición de un documento público y a la vista de él, en su caso, ejercitar una posible acción de retracto sobre ciertas fincas registrales.
