Six positions from the Procedural and Administrative Management Body of the Administration of Justice in the Valencian Community are excluded from the final offer. The Resolution of July 1, 2026 from the General Directorate of Justice and Self-Government corrects the resolution of June 12, 2026, which published the list of positions offered to approved candidates in the selection process called by Order PJC/104/2024, of January 31.

If you are among the approved candidates and had one of the eliminated destinations in mind, your list of preferences is no longer valid for those locations. The final allocation will be made based on the corrected list.

What does this regulation establish?

The resolution of June 12, 2026 published the list of positions available for approved candidates in the selection process for the Procedural and Administrative Management Body of Justice in the Valencian Community. Now, through error correction, 6 positions are eliminated from that Annex I distributed across three provinces.

Below are the details of the locations where positions are suppressed:

ProvinceLocationAffected modalities
ValenciaLa Pobla de VallbonaInternal promotion and/or competitive examination
AlicanteLa Vila JoiosaInternal promotion and/or competitive examination
AlicanteDéniaInternal promotion and/or competitive examination
CastellónCastellón de la PlanaInternal promotion and/or competitive examination

The correction affects Annex I of the original resolution and takes immediate effect from its publication on July 6, 2026. The regulation being modified is the Resolution of June 12, 2026 from the same General Directorate, and the reference call remains Order PJC/104/2024, of January 31.

Economic and operational impact

For approved candidates, the elimination of these 6 positions has direct consequences in the destination allocation process:

  • Smaller available offer: There are 6 fewer positions to choose a destination from, which may shift the preferences of all participants on the waiting list.
  • Reordering of destinations: Those who had prioritized any of the four eliminated locations (La Pobla de Vallbona, La Vila Joiosa, Dénia or Castellón de la Plana) must redo their order of preferences.
  • Impact on two access routes: Both candidates accessing through internal promotion and those through competitive examination see the offer reduced in these locations.
  • No impact on scoring or order of the list: The correction only affects the availability of positions, not the grades obtained or the order of precedence of approved candidates.

Who does it affect?

  • Approved candidates in the selection process for the Procedural and Administrative Management Body of the Administration of Justice called by Order PJC/104/2024.
  • Participants through the internal promotion route who were applying for positions in the suppressed locations.
  • Participants through the competitive examination route with preferences in those same locations.
  • Active civil servants of the Procedural Management Body who participated in internal promotion and had one of the four affected locations as their preferred destination.

Practical example

Imagine that a candidate approved through competitive examination had ordered their destination preferences as follows: 1st Dénia, 2nd La Vila Joiosa, 3rd Valencia capital. With the correction published on July 6, 2026, Dénia and La Vila Joiosa no longer appear in Annex I as available positions. If this candidate does not update their destination request, their first real option would become Valencia capital. To avoid being assigned to an undesired destination by omission, they must review and reorder their preferences before the final allocation deadline closes.

What should candidates do now?

  1. Consult the corrected resolution: Access the resolution published in the BOE on July 6, 2026 and verify the updated Annex I without the 6 eliminated positions.
  2. Review your preferences list: Check if any of your preferred destinations was La Pobla de Vallbona, La Vila Joiosa, Dénia or Castellón de la Plana. If so, those options are no longer available.
  3. Reorder destination preferences: Update your allocation request by removing the suppressed destinations and reordering the rest according to your actual priorities.
  4. Verify allocation deadlines: Contact the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Participation of the Valencian Community to confirm the deadline for submitting or modifying destination preferences.
  5. Keep documentary evidence: Keep a copy of the corrected resolution and your updated request as backup in case of any issues in the allocation process.

Frequently asked questions

What specific positions have been eliminated in the Valencian Community for Procedural Management?

6 positions from Annex I have been eliminated distributed across four locations: La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), La Vila Joiosa (Alicante), Dénia (Alicante) and Castellón de la Plana (Castellón). The suppression affects both internal promotion and competitive examination positions called by Order PJC/104/2024.

Where can I consult the updated list of Procedural Management positions in Valencia?

The updated list appears in the Resolution of July 1, 2026 from the General Directorate of Justice and Self-Government, published in the BOE on July 6, 2026. You can access it directly at: https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2026-14590.

Does this correction affect the order of the approved list or the scores?

No. The error correction only eliminates 6 positions from Annex I of the available offer. It does not modify the grades obtained, the order of precedence of approved candidates or the conditions of the Order PJC/104/2024 call. It only changes the availability of destinations in those four locations.

What happens if I had already indicated Dénia or La Vila Joiosa as my preferred destination?

Those positions are no longer available in the final allocation. If you had them among your preferences, you must review and update your destination request. Otherwise, your next available option on the list will become the first effective one. Check with the Ministry of Justice for the deadline to modify preferences.

When does this position correction take effect?

The correction took effect on the same day of its publication in the BOE: July 6, 2026. From that date, the 6 eliminated positions are no longer part of the official offer for destination allocation of the Procedural Management Body in the Valencian Community.
