If they pass the selective process, they will access one of the 29 positions in group M2 as fixed-term labor personnel, with the remuneration conditions and stability of the IV Collective Agreement of the AGE.

On the other hand, a Pathological Anatomy technician who is already fixed-term labor personnel of the AGE in a lower group can opt for the 50 internal promotion positions, in this case competing in the specific promotion route and without needing to compete with external candidates.
