Resolución de 19 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Tacoronte, por la que se suspende la asignación de número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración turístico por constar en los estatutos de la propiedad horizontal la siguiente prohibición: «Explotación Turística de Viviendas. Dicha actividad está prevista y regulada por la Ley de Turismo, por lo que, en conformidad con su contenido, queda prohibida la explotación turística de viviendas en el complejo residencial».
