Resolución de 13 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Madrid n.º 24, por la que se suspende la asignación de número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración no turístico por constar en los estatutos de la propiedad horizontal la siguiente limitación: «Prohibición expresa del establecimiento y/o usos turísticos de cualquier vivienda de la comunidad, ofrecerla y/o utilizarla como alojamiento temporal, aprovechamiento por turnos y otros usos similares».
