Resolución de 11 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación negativa del registrador de la propiedad de Almendralejo, por la que se suspende la constancia registral de la terminación de la obra nueva declarada sobre varias fincas registrales por la razón de que no se acredita la constitución del seguro decenal exigido por el artículo 19 de la Ley 38/1999, de 5 de noviembre, de Ordenación de la Edificación.
