Resolución de 18 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Inca n.º 1, por la que se deniega la solicitud de la declaración de nulidad de una inscripción de agrupación de fincas, puesto que la inscripción se produjo tras la tramitación del expediente del artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria en las que se han formulado alegaciones que no han sido estimadas.
