Resolución de 4 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la negativa del registrador de la propiedad de Nules n.º 2 a inscribir la representación gráfica georreferenciada alternativa de una finca y consiguiente rectificación de su descripción, por encubrir un acto de parcelación, según resulta de informe emitido por Ayuntamiento en el curso del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
