Resolución de 4 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la negativa de la registradora de la propiedad de San Sebastián de La Gomera a inscribir la representación gráfica georreferenciada alternativa de una finca y consiguiente rectificación de su descripción, una vez tramitado el procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
