• Request for assignment: Approved candidates included in Annex I of this order must submit a request for assignment in accordance with the deadlines and instructions established by the Ministry of Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament and the autonomous communities with transferred competencies in Justice matters.
• Limit of positions by territorial scope: The number of positions that can be awarded cannot exceed the total called for each territorial scope. This limit is immovable: the incorporation of new approved candidates does not generate additional positions.
• Information on appointment: The procedure for appointment as a career civil servant will be published on the website of the Ministry of Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament.

• Approved candidates in the extraordinary selection process for the Procedural and Administrative Management Body of the Administration of Justice (call Order JUS/1327/2022) who did not appear on the initial list of January 2025 and who have provided their documentation afterwards.
• Candidates already included on the January 2025 list who have not yet obtained assignment: the incorporation of new approved candidates may affect the order of position allocation depending on the territorial scope.
• Autonomous communities with transferred competencies in Justice (such as Catalonia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Valencia, Galicia, Navarre or Canary Islands, among others): must update their procedures for assigning positions.
• Ministry of Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament: responsible for publishing appointment instructions and coordinating the position request process.
• Judicial bodies with vacant positions in the Procedural and Administrative Management Body: the filling of those vacancies depends on the outcome of this process.

Practical example

Imagine an applicant who passed all the tests of the selection process called by Order JUS/1327/2022, but who could not provide in time one of the required documents (for example, the criminal record certificate or the required academic qualification) before the publication of the initial list in January 2025. As a result, their name did not appear in Order PJC/92/2025.

After regularizing their documentary situation and proving it to the calling body, this applicant is now incorporated into Annex I of Order PJC/795/2026. From that moment on, they have the right to submit a request for assignment on the same terms as the rest of approved candidates, provided that positions remain available in the territorial scope they choose and that the contingent called for that scope is not exceeded.

4. Strictly respect the deadlines set by the Ministry and the competent autonomous communities. Submission outside the deadline may result in loss of the right to the position.
5. If you already appeared on the January 2025 list and do not yet have an assignment, check whether the incorporation of new approved candidates alters the order of allocation in the territorial scope you had requested.
