What does this regulation establish?

The agreement approves the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons to participate in the selective tests called on June 4, 2026. These tests aim to fill positions for students at the Judicial School and the Center for Legal Studies (CEJ), with subsequent access to:

• Judicial Career in the Judge category: 375 positions
• Prosecutor Career in the Prosecutor category: 200 positions

The list has a provisional character, which means it can still be modified. Excluded candidates have a remedy period before the list becomes final.

The order of action of candidates will begin with the surname starting with the letter "U", as established in the agreement.

For the candidate, the impact of this publication is immediate and direct: years of preparation can be eliminated by a remediable documentary defect if action is not taken in time.

Practical example

Imagine that a candidate named Álvaro Urrutia (surname starting with "U", so he will be among the first to act on exam day) receives notification that he appears on the excluded list due to lack of a supporting document in his application.

The BOE publishes the list on July 28, 2026. Counting 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays), the remedy deadline expires approximately on August 11, 2026. Álvaro must send the documentation proving the unfulfilled requirement to seleccion@escuelajudicial.es before that deadline expires.

If he does not, he will be permanently excluded from the process and will not be able to take the first exam on October 25 at any of the five venues. There is no second chance within this call.

What should candidates do now?

1. Check the provisional list immediately on the CGPJ, Prosecutor General, Ministry of Justice or CEJ websites to verify if you appear as admitted or excluded.
2. If you are excluded, identify the reason for exclusion indicated on the list and gather the necessary documentation to remedy it.
3. Send the remedy documentation to seleccion@escuelajudicial.es within 10 business days from July 28, 2026. Keep the proof of sending.
4. If you are admitted, confirm the exam venue that corresponds to you (Barcelona, Granada, Madrid, Valladolid or Valencia) and organize logistics for October 25, 2026.
5. Note the order of action: the process begins with the surname starting with letter "U". If your surname starts with letters earlier in the established order, prepare to act in the days following October 25.
6. Academies and preparers: urgently communicate the remedy deadline to your students. Late notice can result in permanent exclusion of a candidate.
