Resolución de 24 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la negativa del registrador de la propiedad de San Roque a practicar operación alguna en virtud de un escrito remitido por el Ayuntamiento de San Roque sobre la calificación urbanística de determinadas parcelas y el incumplimiento respecto de las mismas de los deberes de cesión obligatoria al citado ayuntamiento.
