Resolución de 27 de mayo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación negativa de la registradora de la propiedad interina de Pinto n.º 2, por la que se suspende la cancelación de la hipoteca de una inscripción de una finca registral por la razón de que no se aporta escritura pública en la que preste su consentimiento el titular de dicho préstamo y no puede solicitarse la cancelación por instancia, por no ser aplicable la cancelación por caducidad del artículo 82.5.º de la Ley Hipotecaria.
