What does this regulation establish?
The resolution approves the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons in the selection process for entry as fixed labor personnel at the Ministry of Transport. It establishes two key elements: the remedy mechanism for excluded candidates and the calendar for the first exam.

Remedy mechanism for excluded candidates
Candidates appearing on the exclusion list have 10 business days counted from publication in the BOE (October 13, 2026) to remedy the defect that caused their exclusion. The remedy is carried out exclusively through the IPS platform of RedSARA. Remedies through other channels are not accepted. Once claims are resolved, final lists will be published.
Economic and operational impact
For candidates, the impact is immediate and direct: failing to act within the remedy period is equivalent to being permanently excluded from the process, losing the investment of time and resources dedicated to preparation.
From an operational perspective, the critical aspects are:
- Remedy period: 10 business days from 13/10/2026. Calculating the exact deadline excluding national and local holidays in Madrid is essential.
- Mandatory platform: The remedy is only accepted through IPS of RedSARA. Any other means (postal mail, in-person, email) will not be valid.
- Mandatory material on exam day: Black or blue ink pen and identity document. The lack of either of these elements may prevent access to the exam.
- Travel: Both venues are in Madrid. Candidates from other provinces must plan accommodation and transportation in advance for January 22 or 23, 2027.
Who does it affect?
- Candidates who applied to the selection process called on July 6, 2026 for entry as fixed labor personnel at the Ministry of Transport.
- Candidates for professional groups M2, M1, E2 and E1, both by free access and internal promotion.
- Candidates appearing on the provisional exclusion list who need to remedy their situation before final lists are published.
- Exam preparation instructors and academies advising candidates in this process.
- HR departments of the Ministry of Transport, responsible for managing the selection process.
Practical example
A candidate for group E1 (Administrative Services) by free access checks the provisional list published on October 13, 2026 and finds that they are excluded due to a defect in their identity documentation.
They have 10 business days from that date to access the IPS platform of RedSARA, remedy the defect by providing the correct documentation, and wait for the Under-Secretary to resolve their claim and include their name on the final list of admitted candidates.
If they do not act within that period, they will be permanently excluded. If they remedy correctly, they will be able to take the first exam on January 22, 2027 at the Ministry headquarters in Nuevos Ministerios (Madrid), with a black or blue ink pen and their valid identity document.
A candidate for group M2, on the other hand, must attend on January 23, 2027 at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid.
What should candidates do now?
- Check the provisional list in the BOE: Verify if you appear as admitted or excluded in the resolution published on October 13, 2026.
- If you are excluded, act immediately: Access the IPS platform of RedSARA and remedy the indicated defect. The period is 10 business days from 13/10/2026 — do not wait until the last day.
- Calculate the remedy deadline: Count 10 business days from October 13, excluding weekends and national and local holidays in Madrid.
- Prepare material for the exam: Make sure to bring on exam day a black or blue ink pen and your valid identity document.
- Plan your travel: If you live outside Madrid, book accommodation and transportation for January 22 (group E1) or January 23, 2027 (groups M2, M1 and E2).
- Watch for final list publication: After claims are resolved, final lists will be published. Check the BOE and the Ministry of Transport website regularly.
