INGESA 2026 Administrative Officer Examinations: provisional lists and remediation deadline

This process affects fixed statutory personnel positions in the territories directly managed by INGESA: Ceuta and Melilla. The call was approved by Resolution of April 23, 2026, and now the first formal step of the selective process is taken with the publication of these provisional lists.

What does this resolution establish?

The resolution approves three differentiated annexes with the provisional lists of candidates:

Each annex includes both the list of admitted candidates and the list of excluded candidates, with the specific reason for exclusion for each candidate.

The most frequent causes of exclusion identified in the lists are:

• Identity verification problems
• Failure to meet nationality requirements
• Income exceeding the Minimum Interprofessional Salary (SMI)
• Lack of accreditation of large family status
• Lack of accreditation of disability status

The deadline to remedy the defects that caused the exclusion is 10 business days counted from the day after publication in the BOE, that is, from July 31, 2026. The remediation must be carried out through the General Access Point with identification via Cl@ve.

Operational impact for candidates

For affected candidates, the impact is not directly economic, but it does have very concrete consequences for their participation in the process:

• Admitted candidates: No immediate action is required. Their situation is provisionally confirmed and they can continue preparing for the selective process.
• Excluded candidates: They have a maximum of 10 business days to remedy the defect. If they do not, the exclusion becomes final and they lose the right to participate in this process.
• Internal promotion candidates: Must also consult the lists on the Funciona Portal, in addition to the INGESA website.

The remediation process is completely electronic. There is no option to remedy in person: the only valid channel is the General Access Point with Cl@ve identification, which means the candidate must have their digital identification system active before starting the procedure.

Who does it affect?

• Candidates who submitted applications for Healthcare Administrative Officer positions called by INGESA in April 2026
• Candidates accessing through the general open access system
• Public employees competing through internal promotion
• Internal promotion candidates with reserved position for persons with disabilities
• Professionals who work or aspire to work in the healthcare administrations of Ceuta and Melilla managed by INGESA

Practical example

Imagine that a candidate submitted their application for the open access category and, when checking the lists published on July 30, 2026, finds that they appear in Annex I as excluded for "lack of accreditation of large family status", since they requested fee exemption for that reason but did not attach the current large family certificate.

This candidate has until approximately August 13, 2026 (10 business days from July 31) to access the General Access Point with their Cl@ve identification, locate their file and attach the missing supporting document. If they do so correctly within the deadline, they will move to the admitted list in the final resolution. If they do not act, they will be permanently excluded from the process with no possibility of appeal at that stage.

What should you do now?

1. Check the lists today: Access the official INGESA website and locate your name in the annexes corresponding to your access modality (open, internal promotion or internal promotion with disability reserve). If you are competing through internal promotion, also check the Funciona Portal.
2. Check your status: Verify if you appear as admitted or excluded. If you are excluded, identify the specific reason listed next to your name.
3. Activate your Cl@ve if you don't have it: The only remediation channel is the General Access Point with Cl@ve identification. If you don't have Cl@ve active, apply for it immediately, as the activation process can take several days.
4. Prepare the remediation documentation: Depending on the reason for exclusion, gather the document that proves what is missing: valid ID/NIE, nationality certificate, large family documentation, disability certificate or other required proof.
5. Submit the remediation before the deadline: Access the General Access Point and submit the remediation within 10 business days from July 30, 2026. Don't wait until the last day: electronic systems can experience issues.
6. Keep the receipt: Keep the acknowledgment of receipt of the remediation submitted. It is your only proof that you acted within the deadline.
