What does this regulation establish?

Who does it affect?

• Departments and deaneries of the University of León that manage the positions announced in Annex I.
• Human Resources Services of universities and OPI that must inform their staff about the call and deadlines.

It does not affect private companies, self-employed professionals or professionals outside the public university and research system.

Practical example

An active Associate Professor with 5 years of effective service, a Doctor's degree and state accreditation to the Professor Corps obtained in 2025 meets all the requirements to compete.

Her roadmap would be as follows:

1. Consult Annex I of the resolution (BOE-A-2026-18352) to identify the announced positions and their area of knowledge.
2. Access the electronic means of the University of León and complete the application before the deadline expires (15 calendar days from 31/08/2026).
3. Pay the €65 fee (or prove your exemption status if you have disability ≥33%, are a member of a large family or are a job seeker).
4. Attach supporting documentation: career civil servant certificate, seniority, Doctor's degree and state accreditation.
