39 Judicial Assistance Positions in Navarra: Destinations and Deadlines for Candidates 2022

There are 39 vacant positions distributed across several municipalities in the Foral Community, and the deadline to act is very short: 10 business days from when the definitive list of approved candidates is published in the BOE.

What does this regulation establish?

Resolution 291/2026 publishes the list of Judicial Assistance Corps positions that remain available in the scope of the Foral Community of Navarra and are offered to those approved in the extraordinary call JUS/1327/2022. The positions are distributed in the following municipalities:

The allocation procedure works as follows:

• Approved candidates have 10 business days from the publication of the definitive list of approved candidates in the BOE to submit their destination request.
• Requests are submitted to the Registry of the General Directorate of Justice in Pamplona or through electronic means.
• Allocation is carried out by score order obtained in the selective process: higher score, higher priority of choice.
• Those who do not request a position within the deadline, or do not obtain any of the requested ones, will be assigned a destination by force in alphabetical order of municipalities.
• Allocated destinations have definitive character.
• Civil servants will not be able to participate in transfer contests until 2 years have elapsed since the allocation resolution.

For the affected candidates, the impact is not economic in the strict sense, but professional and vital: the destination allocated in this process will determine the workplace for at least the next two years, with no possibility of requesting a transfer before that deadline.

The main operational risks are:

• Not submitting a request within the deadline: the candidate loses the ability to choose and is subject to forced assignment in alphabetical order of municipalities, which may result in a position in a smaller municipality with no possibility of complaint.
• Requesting only highly demanded positions: if none of the requested positions are obtained, the result is equally a forced assignment.
• Mobility block for 2 years: once the destination is allocated, it is not possible to participate in transfer contests until two years have elapsed since the allocation resolution.

If you do not submit a request within those 10 business days, the Administration will automatically assign you a position following the alphabetical order of available municipalities, without being able to appeal the destination for that reason. And once the destination is allocated, you will not be able to request a transfer until 2 years have passed since the allocation resolution.

1. Monitor the BOE daily to detect the exact date when the definitive list of approved candidates is published: that day starts the count of the 10 business days.
2. Prepare your destination request in advance: study the 39 available positions in Navarra (Pamplona, Tudela, Tafalla, Estella-Lizarra, Aoiz and smaller municipalities) and decide your order of preference before the deadline begins.
3. Include several options in your request: do not limit yourself to the most desired position. If you do not obtain any of the requested ones, the destination will be forced in alphabetical order.
4. Submit the request within the deadline: you can do so at the Registry of the General Directorate of Justice in Pamplona or through electronic means. Do not wait until the last day.
5. Keep in mind the transfer block: the allocated destination is definitive and you will not be able to participate in transfer contests for the 2 years following the allocation resolution. Consider your choice carefully.
