An economist who until now has been registered through the Consejo General de Economistas and carries out their professional activity in Valencia — whether as a self-employed professional, in an advisory firm or as an employee of a company — must now manage their membership through the Ilustre Colegio de Economistas de València.

This means they will need to:

1. Contact the new association to find out about the registration process and membership conditions.
2. Find out about the fees set by the new body, which may differ from those they had previously been paying.
3. Manage through the new association any procedure that was previously carried out via the Consejo General de Economistas for the Valencian scope (report endorsement, membership certificates, access to services, etc.).
