Resolución de 30 de diciembre de 2025, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la negativa de la registradora de la propiedad de Marbella n.º 2 a inscribir la representación gráfica georreferenciada alternativa de una finca y consiguiente rectificación de su descripción, por advertir dudas de identidad, habiéndose emitido informe por el Ayuntamiento del lugar de situación de la finca, en virtud del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
