Resolución de 4 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad interina de Cieza n.º 3, por la que se deniega la inscripción de la representación gráfica georreferenciada alternativa de una finca y consiguiente rectificación de su descripción, por haber concurrido la oposición de propietarios colindantes en el curso del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
