Resolución de 21 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la resolución de la registradora de la propiedad de Pineda de Mar, inadmitiendo, por extemporáneas, las alegaciones formuladas por colindante en el curso del procedimiento regulador en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria, habiéndose practicado la inscripción de la representación gráfica georreferenciada de la finca objeto del procedimiento.
