Recurso de inconstitucionalidad n.º 2331-2026, contra los artículos 7.2, 8.6, 9.2, 13.6, 23.1 y la disposición final segunda [que modifica la Ley 44/2002, de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero, en lo que se refiere a su punto Uno, que introduce los artículos 9 ter, apartado 2, y 29 septies, apartado 4, y a su punto Dos, que añade una letra e) a la disposición final tercera] de la Ley 10/2025, de 26 de diciembre, por la que se regulan los servicios de atención a la clientela.
