Resolución de 29 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Barcelona n.º 3, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración turístico por constar en los estatutos de la propiedad horizontal que «queda expresamente condicionado a previa petición de autorización, que debe ser aprobada por mayoría de los señores Propietarios, la instalación o ubicación en cualquiera de los departamentos que constituye ésta Comunidad de cualquier actividad relacionada como apartamentos/pisos turísticos».
