Resolución de 7 de abril de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación negativa emitida por la registradora de la Propiedad de Huércal-Overa, por la que se suspende la inscripción de la georreferenciación de una finca, por haberse presentado alegaciones en el expediente del artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria tramitado para inscribir dicha georreferenciación.
