Resolución de 30 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Petra, por la que se suspende la asignación del número de registro de alquiler de corta duración solicitado y la práctica de la correspondiente nota marginal, porque en el folio de dicha finca no consta declarada ninguna edificación.
