Resolución de 13 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Chiclana de la Frontera n.º 2, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro de alquiler de corta duración turístico por tratarse de una vivienda en situación de «asimilada a fuera de ordenación» y no aportarse la autorización previa del Ayuntamiento para el uso turístico.
