Resolución de 7 de abril de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Gandía n.º 4, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro único de alquiler de corta duración turístico por requerir autorización expresa de la comunidad de propietarios, al haber obtenido el alta en el registro administrativo de viviendas de uso turístico con posterioridad al día 3 de abril de 2025.
