Resolución de 6 de marzo de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Arrecife, por la que se suspende la asignación de un número de registro de alquiler de corta duración turístico por no acreditarse la inscripción en el Registro General Turístico de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias, ni el cumplimiento de los requisitos urbanísticos exigidos por el Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé para las viviendas de uso turístico.
