Real Decreto 410/2026, de 20 de mayo, por el que, en ejecución de la Sentencia de la Sección Sexta de la Sala Tercera del Tribunal Supremo núm. 557/2026, de 4 de mayo, recaída en el recurso contencioso-administrativo número 345/2025, se anula el nombramiento como Presidente de la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana de don Antonio López Tomás, disponiendo su cese en ese cargo.
