However, his definitive integration into the General Ranking does not occur until he formalizes taking office in the assigned destination.

If he believes that his position in the Ranking does not correctly reflect his score, he has 1 month (until September 24, 2026) to file an appeal for reconsideration, or 2 months (until October 24, 2026) for a contentious-administrative appeal before the National Court. After those deadlines, the position in the Ranking becomes final.
