What should interested parties do now?

1. Verify that you meet the minimum requirements: official university qualification, B1 or higher level in English, French or German, and valid digital certificate.
2. Prepare your CV in Europass format: it is the only accepted format. If you don't have it updated, do it before September 1, 2026 on the official EU platform.
3. Check the validity of your digital certificate: procedures are electronic and you will need operative digital signature to submit the application.
4. Submit your candidacy between September 1 and 25, 2026: outside that deadline applications will not be accepted, unless SEPIE opens a new call due to insufficient available experts.
