Their process would be as follows: they access Uvigo's electronic office, locate the call corresponding to the 2024 OEP (I3/R3 reserve quota), submit their application online and pay €44.17 for each position they apply for. Being a Spanish speaker, they do not need to certify B2 Spanish. If they do not have Galician certified, they have two years from appointment to obtain it without it blocking their incorporation.

If that same researcher had accessed an Associate Professor position through competitive examination only a year ago, they could not participate in this call until completing two years of effective service.
